Nate & Sami Ho serves as Partner Church Missionaries at Setagaya City Church, Japan

Jack & Amanda Batchen are currently based in Bega Valley NSW. They have two beautiful girls. After several visits they felt called to prayerfully pursue mission in Japan, with hopes to enter the mission field in 2026. They plan to partner with existing Japanese churches, being willing to learn and share skills as appropriate to help reach Japanese people with the good news of Christ.

Japan is the largest unreached nation in the developed world. It has one of the highest literacy rates in the world, yet 95% of Japanese have never heard the gospel. One of the struggles faced by the church is that in a nation of 127 million people, the church is relatively small.

APWM works in partnership with the Presbyterian Church in Japan, and ‘Mission to the World’ (the overseas mission arm of the Presbyterian Church of America).
